I've visited Germany and Austria a few times and this place does remind me of my trips there. Every time I go here I can't get over how New Yorkers adapt to this way of drinking and eating (long communal tables, waitresses that don't make a fuss, etc). The atmosphere is lively and the only downside is that it is a little pricey.
