This is a really useful hotel for Heathrow airport, which is less than a mile away. The staff were professional and friendly and the rooms where clean and as you would expect from a holiday inn. What I didn't expect was the quality of the food. We had a curry, which was as good if not better than anything we've had in a proper Indian restaurant. My only complaint is that the rooms can be a bit pricey, but as their are so many offers about at the moment, I never had to pay full price.
