The largest supermarket in Newent offering ample parking‚ free home delivery (on over £20 spend)‚ glass hire‚ paypoint‚ ATM machine‚ dry cleaning and a wide variety of local produce including organic vegetables‚ home-made cakes and biscuits‚ and local wines and ales.
I would recommend Budgens for all the above reasons and its open until 10pm Mon-Sat‚ 4pm on Sundays. Prices maybe slightly higher than the big supermarkets‚ but the convenience of having such a wide variety of products so close to home is worth it and there are always great offers in store. The selection of local and organic produce is very impressive and worth the slightly higher price tag - they cant be found in any other Newent supermarket.
